Requests are made on our Helpdesk portal then routed to your internal IT support. Requests can then be routed to Empyrion as needed for escalated support and back fill support for vacations or illness to meet all your IT support needs. Your internal IT support has access to all our support tools including; ticketing, remote access, remote monitoring, maintenance and documentation.
